WHY VISIT IT This is not a museum where boredom can creep in. Instead, it offers a fascinating and engaging journey back in time, step by step, to discover everyday life of the past. For children it is an exciting discovery, while for adults it is a nostalgic return to the traditions of their grandparents\u2019 time. THE MUSEUM The moving settings and characters were created by Faliero Lepri, known as \u201cLeprino,\u201d who lovingly recreated the village of his childhood with scenes of daily life and traditional work in Sant\u2019Agata, in the Mugello area, during the 1920s. Each figure, about 70 cm tall, is connected through an intricate system of electric wires that allows them to move in perfect harmony with their activities.
